Justin’s
first album was recorded in Australia, and his second album was recorded In
America and Canada (New York, Los Angeles and Vancouver).
Two singles off the first album (Love
the Sinner and No Ordinary World) spent months in the Top 40 making the Number
1 spot on all major national and regional radio stations throughout the
country.
Four singles off the second album (Out of My Hands, Not a Day Goes By, Misunderstood,
Here With You) reached number 1 and
were in the top 5 throughout the country on all major national and regional
radio stations.
The single Special from the latest album Inside Out, reached Number 1 and
charted in the top 10 on all major national and regional radio stations In
South Africa. Special was used by
American Cable Giant Showtime to advertise their satellite Network. Special was also used on American Sitcom
Notes from the Underbelly as well as by South African Sports Illustrated
Swimwear and FHM television programmes as their theme song.
Justin has performed and worked with
American super group Collective Soul.
Justin was nominated for Best Rock
Album At the South African Music Awards in 2004.
Justin’s albums have been reviewed
and he has been interviewed by numerous national and international
publications.
Justin has written and worked with
top writers and producers around the world including: Luke Ebin (Bon Jovi),
Peter Zizzo (Avril Lavign, Celine dion), Brian Howes (Daughtry, Puddle of
Mudd), Randy Cantor (Ricky Martin) Saul Davies (James) to name a few.
Justin performed the South African
National Anthem at Twickenham in front of 82 000 People at a rugby test
match between South Africa and England.
Justin has performed abroad at venues
including Shepherds Bush Empire (London), The Clapham Grand (London), Half Moon
in Putney (London), The Bitter End (New York) and Arlene’s Grocery (New York).
Justin was invited to Perform for
SABMiller UK’s Millers Music Tour in Istanbul.
Justin
was asked by personal request to perform for Prince Albert of Monaco.
Justin toured as Bryan Adams' support act in July 2010 in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.
